Personal design inspired from the inside out

Meet our new team member, Caitlin Fallon. With a Meet our new team member, Caitlin Fallon.

With a background in interior design and senior-level project management, Caitlin brings a thoughtful, organized, and client-focused approach to every project. She has a passion for creating exceptional client experiences and believes that great design goes beyond creating beautiful spaces—it’s about understanding each client’s vision, building genuine relationships, and making the entire process feel personal, seamless, and enjoyable.

Her experience managing projects from concept through completion has given her a strong ability to balance the many moving pieces behind the scenes while never losing sight of the details that matter most. She values collaboration, clear communication, attention to detail, and bringing a high level of care to every client and project.

As a North Shore resident, Caitlin feels especially connected to the community and genuinely appreciates the area’s beautiful homes, thoughtful design, and unique character. She loves being part of an industry that brings together creativity, relationships, and the opportunity to help clients create spaces that feel distinctly their own.

Please give her a warm welcome!
